Conveniently located near the Medical Corridor in Midtown Oklahoma City, The Frank is a classic apartment building that engages the public realm and provides a very responsible urban response to existing neighborhood fabric. The original design concept of the Frank was based on a hive, where residents are engaged in activity among the spaces. Traditional large stoops, inspired by neighboring historic buildings, mix with modern materials to create a unique and innovative design, offering apartments with interior gallery-style corridors.
With an emphasis on outdoor space, The Frank’s community porches and breezeway gallery encourages community interaction. A mix of patios and balconies look over preserved mature Sycamore trees that create a beautiful canopy to the east.
The four-story multi-family residential apartment building consists of 45 units. A mix of one- and two-bedroom units are offered including efficiencies, studio lofts and flats. Amenities include covered parking, secure bicycle racks, safe rooms, and gated security.
