Built in 2021, the Sentinel is a five-story, 32,348 square-foot mixed-use building consisting of thirty-one 1-bed/1-bath apartments and six small commercial spaces.
Fitting in the context of its modern and historic surroundings, the building design consists of architectural metal on the upper floors, matching what was used on the adjacent Monarch building to the east, and brick on the ground floor.
Highlights of the living spaces include private balconies or courtyards for every apartment and city skyline views. The Sentinel’s six ground-floor commercial spaces are intended to draw small shops and office operators, and a few are available with adjoining apartments for a live/work set up.
