The second location of this popular local eatery was inserted into an existing multi-tenant commercial building across from a busy city park. The 2,911 sf includes the commercial kitchen, counter-ordering area, pickup and beverage station, dining room, office, and restrooms.

Waffle Champion’s entire menu is waffle-based, including sandwiches, desserts, and actual waffles so it makes sense that the design concept is based on a waffle. The waffle motif is achieved through the use of yellow pine lumber that also serves as space delineators and shelving.
