provision concepts
The success of the popular Hatch and Sidecar concepts led to the opportunity to recreate the basic forms in larger spaces, and to design and construct both as one tenant build-out project. Located in a brand-new development, the two restaurants allow the owner to serve patrons practically around the clock.
Hatch is a ground-floor build-out consisting of 3,730 sf with exterior patio space of 1,250 sf. Its bright, colorful present a simple, modern diner vibe. The fun communal table at Hatch allows a view of the kitchen staff in action.
Passing under a suspended scooter, complete with sidecar, the stairway in the shared vestibule leads to the Sidecar bar, composed of 1,940 sf with 1,500 sf of patio space. The convertible patio space is enclosed with a top-hung folding frameless glass wall system opening to the 20-foot fireplace and sweeping river and neighborhood views.
