Chisholm Creek is Oklahoma City’s first pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development. Tract 7 is a multi-tenant ground-up construction project within that development, with 8,776 sf of interior space and 2,500 sf of outdoor space. The three hospitality tenants – a wood-fired pizza restaurant with a heavy bar emphasis, a takeout gelato bar, and a hamburger grill – each required their own presence and expression of their individual styles on the exterior of the building. The two-story design includes patios with views of the community’s sophisticated water feature on both levels.
