The Factory specializes in high-end contemporary men’s fashion. The program was to provide a next-level retail experience for shoppers. An industrial installation of conveyor belts appears to move golden mannequins along the perimeter. An elaborate system of pulleys raises the racks of clothing to become an event space for DJs and dance parties.
