Enel generates electricity from renewable sources and its new office facility needs to provide multiple uses for its expanding workforce. The 9,307 sf innovative space hosts up to 25 office-based employees and includes classrooms and state-of-the-art simulation facilities for climbing and working inside wind turbines. To minimize waste and use of resources, the offices feature reclaimed wood flooring, recycled carpeting, efficient LED lighting, and smart EV chargers.
