2024 | ULI Impact Outstanding Large-Scale Development

The 424 garage is a 4-level, 312-space public parking structure with solar arrays on the south street façade, providing power to the garage and adjacent office building. The Oklahoma sunset-hued bands of color are a subtle nod to the use of solar energy.

The community-focused approach to the parking garage, allowing public parking – in addition to tenant parking – provides a convenient amenity that can be accessed by all district visitors.
